THE COENOSES THEORY IMPERATIVES OF MANAGING LARGE-SCALE ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Abstract:
A descriptive definition of a system is proved to draw a clear boundary between the system and non-system objects, considering the system as a whole, while a constructive definition should be based on general principles of separation of the system from the environment and provide the ability to identify a particular system. Approaches to the study of complex systems – economic coenoses are summarized. The main directions of applied coenoses analysis as a promising area of changing the management paradigm based on self-organization and evolutionary patterns are identified. Mathematical and instrumental grounds of the coenoses analysis are considered. Main application fields of research are outlined. The results of using the coenoses theory in managing regional and territorial structures of business, restructuring of natural monopolies, managing company costs are shown
