Abstract: The research analyzes existing conditions of investment activity and evaluates the role of state in the investment process. Notably, it looks into the role of state and private sector in the investment activity. Moreover, the research identifies that the state possesses enormous opportunities in financing investment activities, and provides further recommendations of utilizing these chances.
