Abstract:
The report presents the findings of a pilot survey conducted among 52 organizations from various sectors operating within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The primary objective of the study is to examine the attitudes, experiences, and challenges encountered by organizations in Bulgaria in the process of implementing artificial intelligence in human resource management. The data were collected between June and September 2025.
