Abstract:
Nowadays the human resources are recognized as the most valuable resource which guarantees the competitive power of the companies, their development and sustainable growth. In both periods – in crisis and in changes, human resources with their competence and engagement can assist the business in the search of new strategies for company growth. The human resource management requires a strategy and progress policy, integrated in this part of the business. This integration helps the balance of the interests among the participants of the organizational goals implementation. In practice human resource management is achieved through different actions united in the system of HR. These actions are a subject of research in the Bulgarian practice, the results of which are pointed out in the final paragraph of the material.The real human resource management in different size companies requires a lot of knowledge and responsibility for its practical implementation. The organization’s management needs experience,succession, will-power, and responsibility in the human resource management actions in order to guarantee the company’s prosperity.
