Abstract: The forced displacement of people has been increased in recent decades. Millions of people are forced to leave their homes and motherland in order to save their lives and those of their loved ones. It may take years for them to return home. Governments, through their policies, are leading in managing humanitarian crises, providing protection, shelter and food to those in need, and the trade sector has a fundamental contribution in including them as economic actors in the community. Trade and services – one of the most flexible and adaptable spheres, through its commitments in the field of corporate social responsibility, supports and provides an opportunity for the rapid inclusion of refugees in the market not only as consumers, but also as equal participants in the labor market.
