Abstract: The OECD Competition Committee debated the regulated conduct defence in February 2011. This document includes an executive summary and the documents from the meeting: an analytical note by the OECD, written submissions from Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, France, the European Union, Hungary, Japan, Korea, Norway, Romania, Russia, the Slovak Republic, South Africa, Spain, Chinese Taipei, Türkiye, the United States, and BIAC.
