Abstract: The OECD Competition Committee debated resale below cost laws and regulations in October 2005. This document includes an executive summary and the documents from the meeting: an analytical note by the OECD, written submissions from Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Türkiye, the United States, BIAC, and Consumers International, as well as an aide-memoire of the discussion.
