Abstract: The OECD Competition Committee debated issues related to managing complex merger cases in October 2007. This document includes an executive summary and the documents from the meeting: written submissions from Brazil, the Czech Republic, the European Commission, France, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, the Russian Federation, Slovenia, the United Kingdom, the United States and BIAC as well as an aide-memoire of the discussion.
