Abstract: The OECD Competition Committee debated the techniques to present complex economic theories to judges in February 2008. This document includes an executive summary and the documents from the meeting: written submissions from Belgium, Canada, Finland, Germany, Korea, the Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States and BIAC as well as an aide-memoire of the discussion.
