Abstract:
I was fortunate enough in my former position to take part as a member of the French delegation in the discussions that led from 1990 to the revision of the Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage1 and from 1998 to the revision of the Paris Convention on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy2 and the Brussels Supplementary Convention.
