Transparency in Public e-Procurement: The Italian Perspective

Abstract: In this report, the Italian e-procurement system is examined in order to assess whether itprovides a transparent, accountable, reliable, feasible, and affordable technological solution to reduce corruption and increase transparency and accountability in the purchasing process of the public sector.
