Abstract: The aim of this research is to find out the analysis of the use of credit with a fiduciary system created by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Branch Tarandam Padang In analyzing the data, researchers used qualitative methods, which are descriptive or analytical in nature. It is descriptive in nature, namely it describes in detail the use of credit with a fiduciary system on products created by PT Pegadaian Terandam Branch, so that it can be seen how the pawnshop implements the fiduciary system. The results of the study show that credit is made using a fiduciary system on creative products, customers are not burdened with complicated terms and procedures, starting from submitting credit proposals, required documents, checking document authenticity, credit analysis until credit is disbursed
