Abstract:
This objevtives study to test the Influence of Work Motivation Paramedic Patient Satisfaction With Paramedic Competence As a Moderating Variable Inpatient Police Hospitals Padang. The analyze the research data used Moderated Regression Analysis method with results of testing hypotheses, find there is a significant positive effect parmedis work motivation and competency paramedics to patient satisfaction in Bhayangkara hospitals in Padang. Further test results using multilevel regression methods with Competence paramedics as a moderating variable also found there is a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction. The results also showed that the contribution of the competence of paramedics as a moderating variable is 33.8% greater than the prior existence of a moderating variable. These findings also indicate other factors beyond the influence of these three variables were also able to explain or influence patient satisfaction. This empirical finding supports previous research and provide reinforcement as well as a new understanding of work motivation paramedics Influence on patient satisfaction with competency paramedics as a moderating variable.
