Abstract:
In building customer satisfaction through service quality and value, a seller can carry out several strategies in order to create customer satisfaction. An offer will be successful if it provides value, satisfaction, and good product quality to the target buyer. The buyer selects different offers based on his perception of the offer that provides the greatest value. Satisfaction reflects a person's assessment of the performance of the resulting product in relation to expectations. Customers are dissatisfied and disappointed if the product meets expectations and customers are satisfied if the product exceeds expectations.
