Abstract: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the magnitude of the influence of program planning, work culture, and discipline work against the service quality of cleanliness on the wards gambir subdistrict of gambir. The theory used in this study refers to the opinion of Terry,Gunawan, Sulaksono, Setyaningdyah and Sedarmayanti that there is influence between program planning, work culture, cleanliness and discipline work against quality of service hygiene.
