A conditional process to serendipity

Abstract:
This chapter proposes that the occurrence of serendipity is not purely based on chance but conditional, despite the unexpectedness upon noticing and realizing the value of the “missing piece” information. A serendipity phenomenon requires many different conditions to be satisfied, including the environment and the current mindset. One needs to ask the right questions and have the right tools to pursue their answers. (In: Quan-Hoang Vuong. 2022.
