The impact of Job condition and salary on Job Motivation among Nurses

Abstract: The purpose of this project is to investigate and find the impact of work condition ,salary and job security on job motivation among health care staff and to determine the level of Motivation of health workers to their workplace and to provide the recommendations. Finding of this study all the three factors has a positive and significant affect to job motivation, job security with highest affect then other factors, hospital should pay more attention to job security and provide a good work condition.
