Abstract: Letter to the editor on why mu, CB1, CB2 and CB3 receptors are not ideal strategies for targeting of drugs as they are widely distributed. Native proteins cannot be mutated too as they would provoke onset of diseases. Therefore research and publication ethics aren't merely an instrument for financial gains/profit or destruction but there for a reason. Profit can be made by applying research ethics and rewards can be greater too yet unfortunately biases in selecting research and discrimination still prevail in the scientific world.
