Abstract: This registration is a report of the findings of a scoping review of evaluated gender equity initiatives in the workplace. The review, following a preregistered protocol and guidelines, systematically identifies the key concepts underpinning the efficacy of evaluated gender equity initiatives in the workplace. The report shares findings and recommendations for what does and does not work for designing and implementing initiatives for more gender-equitable and inclusive workplaces.
