Abstract:
There are some contents in conducting a feasibility analysis such as idea assessment, feasibility analysis, industry and market feasibility, product or service feasibility analysis, financial feasibility analysis, and entrepreneur feasibility. Idea assessment is the process of examining a particular need in the market, developing solution, and determining the entrepreneur’s ability to turn the idea into a business. In idea assessment we usually use an idea sketch pad to ask some questions related to customer, offering, value proposition, core competencies, and people. Feasibility analysis evaluates all key factors pertinent to a project including the economic, technological, and legal aspects. It intends to equitably and logically examine the pros and cons of an existing or a proposed business.
