Abstract: Untuk memulai suatu usaha baru, kita harus membuat kerangka awal yaitu business plan. Business plan adalah rencana bisnis atau rancangan bisnis yang dibuat pengusaha sebagai panduan operasi perusahaan karna didalam business plan kita memetakan arah masa depan dari perusahaan dan Menyusun strategi untuk dilakukan selama perusahaan berjalan.
