Abstract:
This paper, wants to present and find an understanding an understanding of the meanings and meanings that provide understanding in the theological perspective of Unnali Melo as Gods Mission and Gods Mandate for his people. In expressing attitudes and life actions in the meaning and reality of the life of the Toraja people namely carrying a Mission of Peace amidst the Differences in Diversity and Culture of the Toraja people as the value and duty of the calling and service of the Church in realizing love and peace. This study aims to find the true identity in a person who brings peace as God’s mission to the world and God’s mandataris for the church as a service to the love of Christ that moves and strengthens brotherhood in the midst of differences. Toraja culture has a unique and special appeal to the life of the Toraja people, who generally have a variety of cultures religions, tribes, ethnicities and so on. “Unnali Melo” is a distinctive expression and language of the Toraja people which is characterized by a fundamental and deep meanings as a living reality that brings peace as God’s mission to the world and lives in the midst of diversity and cultural differences in a just, prosperous and prosperous society. Unnali Melo is a reference that living in the midst of the cultural diversity of the Toraja people is the Presence and way of God who brings His mission to the world, especially for the Toraja people as a concrete action throught the love and sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ, who was willing to die on the cross to atone for human sins. Bring peace and joy in the reality of life of the Toraja people.
