Abstract: The purpose of this study was to understand know the procedures for granting credit at PT. Pegadaian (persero) Cabang Terandam. Data collected by qualitative methods, namely interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study concluded that the procedures for granting credit carried out by PT. Pegadaian (persero) Terandam Branch starts from the procedure for applying for credit by customers, credit analysis, and credit disbursement. What is done by the micro team aims to ensure the eligibility of a credit is accepted or not in determining credit worthiness.
