Abstract:
The Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process is a critical element in business operations, particularly in data centers where scalability, rapid provisioning, and efficiency are paramount. With the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation, the modernization of Q2C processes is transforming how organizations deliver services and manage customer relationships. This paper explores how AI and automation are reshaping Q2C in data centers, discussing the technical innovations, operational benefits, challenges, and real-world case studies that demonstrate the capacity of AI to drive revenue growth, improve accuracy, and enhance the customer experience in the highly competitive data center market.
