Abstract:
Increased public awareness of health leads to an increase in demand for fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, the increasing demand for fruits and vegetables has not been supported by sufficient supply to meet that demand. This causes the import of fruits and vegetables to meet the domestic demand. There are several factors that cause low supply figures of products in the market, namely Harvest, abundant products, falling prices, rotting fruits and vegetables.
