Abstract: ABSTRAK Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat mendasar pada setiap manusia di muka bumi. Di Desa Lauran air bersih menjadi kebutuhan yang paling mendasar dalam memenuhi keperluan sehari-hari yakni minum, masak dan sebagainya. Namun masalah utama yang di hadapi adalah pengelolaan air bersihnya tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pengelolaan air bersih di desa Lauran, Penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif serta metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi dan Studi Kepustakaan. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 11 (sebelas) orang. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: air yang dikelola pemerintah desa tidak maksimal akibat pengelolaan yang hanya dilakukan oleh 1 (satu) orang serta dibantu oleh beberapa bawahannya. pada hal pengelolaan dalam hal pengorganisasian/organizing yang baik untuk menuju suatu rencana yang suda di rencanakan maka, bukan hanya satu orang yang hanya berperan untuk mengelola air bersih tetapi, harus memerlukan sistem yang menciptakan hubungan yang jelas, sehingga dengan demikian setiap orang dapat bekerja bersama-sama dalam kondisi yang baik untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kata Kunci:Manajemen, Air Bersih. ABSTRACT Clean water is a very basic need for every human being on earth. Lauran village itself in the clean water sector is used for daily needs, namely drinking, cooking and so on. It is often the main problem faced, due to problems with clean water management that are not expected properly. To solve the problem in the intent. This study aims to determine how the management of clean water management in Lauran village. This research was made using qualitative research methods and data collection methods using Observation, Interview, Documentation and Literature Study. Informants in this study amounted to 11 (eleven) people. From the results of the study it was found that: the water managed by the village government was not optimal due to the management which was only carried out by 1 (one) person and assisted by several of his subordinates. in terms of management in terms of good organizing to get to a plan that has been planned, it is not only one person who only plays a role in managing clean water but, must require a system that creates clear relationships, so that everyone can work together are in good shape to achieve organizational goals.
