Abstract: This registration is a report of the findings of an umbrella review of workplace equity and inclusion initiatives for people with disability. The review follows a preregistered protocol and expert guidelines to systematically identify initiatives for workplace disability inclusion with the strongest evidence. This report provides findings and recommendations for improving workplace equity and inclusion of people with disability.
