Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance with length of working as a moderating variable on CV.Jamko Karya Karya city work, where motivation and work satisfaction variables are moderated by length of working. The method used by MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) analysis techniques. The population and sample in this study were 50 people. The results of the study note that motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance, where motivation is partially a positive effect on employrr performance, job satisfaction partially has a positive effect on employee performance, the relationship of motivation with employee perfoemance is not moderated by the length of work and the relationship of job satisfaction with employee performance is not moderated by length of work. Manager should stick to the principle of always trying to motivate employees and find the best ideas for achieving maximum job satisfaction by sticking to the principle of togetherness without reducing the values of work ethics in the company.
