Abstract: Land disputes occurred in Tulang Bawang West is an area of 1,470 ha which is transmigration land villagers Bandar Dewa included in HGU PT HIM already provided compensation for the land included in the concession of PT HIM. Handling that has been done by the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Lampung Province is a fact finding team to look for kebenran field so it can be followed up, mediate personally to the residents of five descent, providing funding care for the citizens of Bandar god who cooperate with the local government, giving suggestions and advice for mediation and settlement of legal recourse a court. Handling is carried out by the National Land Agency of Lampung Province is holding a meeting with the House of Representatives to resolve the land dispute case, facilitate mediation between the two parties, give advice and suggestions to the citizens and PT him to settle the legal courts, mapping problem, efforts efforts have been made by the BPN and the Manpower and Transmigration in handling land disputes happened yet effective menanganani land disputes that occur so that the land dispute can not be resolved until now.
