Abstract:
A good understanding of the market and its behavior will make efforts to satisfy consumers relatively easier, because from here marketers will have knowledge about consumers' buying interest in a product, their decision-making process, and their perception of the company's product relative to the product. competitor. In addition, if marketers want their customers to be loyal to the company's products, they will also try to understand other things that influence consumers' repurchase decisions. Furthermore, everything will become an important basis for the preparation and implementation of a marketing strategy that (competitively) satisfies consumers.
