Abstract: As we know that in the science of Fiqh Muamalah there are many types of contracts, one of wich is “Luqathah”. Luqathah is an item that the owner does not not know, and the one who finds the item is called “Multaqith”. Because many people still do not know about the science or law, and there are still many who ask about it. So the purpose of this paper is to help and explain and information the general public, how we can deal with these problems.
