Abstract: 越南在「新南向政策」下受到臺灣民眾普遍的重視，在許多國際經濟指標中的表現也進步迅速，然而，越南的政治經濟發展具有高度的自我特色與不確定性，值得深入探討與不斷的更新。因此，用什麼視角理解越南的政經發展最合適？越南為何出現「革新」政策？越南自「革新」政策之後的政經發展情形為何？越南如何制定經濟政策？越南如何在自由貿易協定的談判簽署上後發先至？越中經濟關係究竟如何？是本書圍繞探討的主軸。
