Abstract: Bank interest is a contemporary study whose status is always a problem in the Islamic study of the Islam. On a single bank the number of sub-districts are miscarriage with the Riba criteria, but on the other hand of the Bank's presence is very necessary to improve the economy of Muslims where generally still under the line of wealth if in the same time in the rate of economic growth in general. In this study found that the bank's interest issue became a thing that was still in question. Flower banks are an achievement to be given by creditors on debtors, and the amount is associated to the occasion and the lending time. Bankeepers are also binding and forcing. And basically the law of the bank's interest is called Riba. But in the pragmatic view of usury is different from the bank's interest. Because in the bank interest there is no element of additional profit or sponsoring limits. During the advantage of the loan results by using banking transactions there is no element, it can not be said to be usury. The paragmatic view is very different from the conservative view, in this sight of the same as the bank's interest. Because in it there is an element of additions. Any banking transaction activity in which there is the element, it can be said to be usury, both the addition is a bit or many. This research is a qualitative research that focuses on literature studies.
