Is customer loyalty dependent on marketing publik relation and brand image? (A case study Hillpark Sibolangit-Berastagi North Sumatra Province)

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effect of marketing and public relations and brand image simultancously and patially on customer loyalty in Hillpark-Sibolangit with a sample of 94 people. Using questionaire that had been tested for validity and reliablity does the data collection.
