偶然力與科學素養對創業成功影響之相關研究

Abstract: 擁有好的創新能力是成為一個創業家的基礎。本研究延續之前陳天宇（2019）所發展之創新能力量表，衡量創業家的創新能力，並比較偶然力與科學素養的差別。本研究以偶然力與科學素養作為創新能力之內涵，以恆毅力與自我實現作為創業成功之依據，探討創新能力對創業成功的影響。問卷發放對象為台灣創業一年以上之創業者，有效樣本379份。透過SPSS與AMOS進行數據分析，使用模型配適度指標驗證量表的信度與配適度，其值皆達標準，再以結構方程模式探討偶然力與科學素養兩大核心因素對創業成功的影響，以及創業次數在模型上的調節效果。
