Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to find out the application of Mobile Banking in improving banking services and services of PT. National Pension Savings Bank Padang Branch Office. This study used a qualitative method which explained descriptively by detailing the data systematically from the information obtained. The results of this study indicate that there has been an increase in M-Banking users, because customers feel helped and shorten the time for conducting banking transactions.
