Abstract: This research was conducted to prove the influence of oral communication from veterinarian toward customer satisfaction for the drug product of Sanbe Farma, LLC branch of Padang. The method used in this research was quantitative by using questionnaire which collected from 30 customers of Sanbe Farma LLC in Padang. Sample determination technique if all of population used as a sample is saturated sampling. Data was collected by using quisioner which was measured by like it scale. Futhermare, this research used analysis of simple regression supported by SPSS program. The result of this research showed that influence of oral communication from veterinarian toward customer satisfaction for the animal product in sSanbe Farma branch of Padang is significant.
