Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how the procedure for granting People's Business Credit at PT. Bank Nagari Cabang Tapan. The research method used is a qualitative method which describes descriptively the procedure for granting People's Business Credit at PT. Bank Nagari Cabang Tapan. The result of the research is that the procedure for granting credit goes through the stages, namely credit application, credit analysis, credit decisions, credit disbursement, credit supervision, credit repayment.
