Abstract: The issues raised in this research is the teacher's performance, variable research is work motivation, work environment, work commitment and performance of teachers Seta Work Discipline As Moderating Variables In MTsN Hall Tuesday. This study aims to disclose (1) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, (2) environmental effects Work on teacher performance, (3) Effect of Commitment of work on teacher performance, (4) Effect of Work Discipline of the relationship work motivation and teacher performance, ( 5) the impact of labor discipline to the work Environment relationship with teacher performance, and (6) effect of work discipline against Lkomitmen Relationships work on teacher performance. Based on observations and experience studies, researchers found that the majority of teachers' performance MTsN Hall Tuesday, is still relatively low. Researchers speculate that the low performance of teachers caused by many factors, among others, his lack of motivation to work, inadequate competence for the tasks and work discipline is still low.
