Abstract:
Global economic is one of the processes in economic and trade activity which is there are many countries in the world become one market power without any constraints and territorial boundaries of the country. Good Corporate Governance or GCG is considered a concept, principles and also the rules that can be used by companies to optimize vision & mission through a good strategy and aims to guide the company in generating added value over a long period of time.
