Abstract: Organizational Citizenship Behavior can improve interpersonal skills in PT.Pln Rayon Belanti employees.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior on PT.PLN Rayon Belanti.This study used primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires distribution with total sampling technique to 42 employees of PT PLN Rayon Belanti. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression technique.The results showed that transformational leadership had positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior.
