Abstract: Trong số 04 doanh nghiệp Đồng Tháp tham gia khảo sát về năng lực đổi mới sáng tạo (i2Metrix), có 03 công ty thuộc nhóm doanh nghiệp nhỏ, có tổng tài sản dưới 100 tỉ đồng. Kết quả đo i2Metrix cho thấy, vấn đề nguồn nhân lực và năng lực quản trị khi khi chuyển từ mô hình sản xuất nhỏ, hộ gia đình sang quy mô công nghiệp là thách thức với nhóm doanh nghiệp này.
