Abstract:
This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance in the Regional Financial Board of Pasaman Regency, using data collection methods in the form of questionnaires from 60 respondents. In data analysis using validity, reliability and classic assumption tests, namely the normality test, the multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. As for testing the hypothesis that is the T test, and the coefficient of determination R2 using SPSS 16. The results showed that the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction had a positiveand significant effect on employee performance.
