科技“同行评议”引发美国社会《大停滞》？

Abstract: 从美国国家经济研究局（NBER）的GDP、GDI数据可见，从1970年代开始美国确实出现了《大停滞》的明显趋势。美国《大停滞》是有多种根源的。其中一个核心的根源是：“科学技术是第一生产力”，由于科技“同行评议”会阻碍“0到1”的原始创新，进而会延缓社会生产力的发展。生产力发展的延缓，引发了美国的《大停滞》。
