Abstract: To nurture our next elite generation associated with an ecosurplus culture, high value culture, I propose and advocate MindspongeTechnology (MindspongeTech), a framework (theory) of decision making. This framework is built on the information processing mechanism using the technology preferences/culture as a core ones. To be more specific, the framework is an extended serendipity-mindsponge-3D knowledge management systems.
