Abstract: Quality Management System in Increasing the Effectiveness of Employee Performance Along with the times, more and more Operational systems have emerged in the Company, the main factor in the emergence of operational systems is technological progress at all times, especially during the pandemic era as more and more new operational systems appear in many companies. In this case, each company has its own Company Operational System (SOP) to be more effective in responding to employee performance by achieving the Vision and Mission that has been set for each company. This can be seen from the various Operating systems and Operational Types in creating a more advanced and prosperous Company.
