Abstract: В статье рассмотрена система сбалансированных показателей, а также изучено применение данной системы в организациях. Данное исследование в последствии поможет сформировать основные выводы по системе сбалансированных показателей, с помощью которых будет проводиться оценка финансовой стратегии. Можно предположить, что система стратегического управления компанией, а в частности система сбалансированных показателей, смогут оценить финансовую составляющую стратегии компании. Нами были проанализированы статьи российских и зарубежных авторов и учтены их мнения. The purpose of the article is to review the Balanced Scorecard system, as well as to study the application of this system for organizations. This study will subsequently help to form the main conclusions on the balanced scorecard system, with which to assess the financial strategy. It can be assumed that the system of strategic management of the company, and in particular the Balanced Scorecard system, will be able to assess the financial component of the company’s strategy. We analyzed articles by Russian and foreign authors and considered their opinions. Also, a textbook was used for a complete conclusion.
