Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the level of customer satisfaction with M-Banking at PT. Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Padang. The methoud used in this study is a data analysis method, namely a deskriptive qualitative method by systematically detailing the data from the information obtained and then connecting it dierctly with the level of customer satisfaction with M-Banking services at PT. Bank Nagari Cabang Pasar Raya Padang. The results of this study indicate that customers are satisfied in using M-Banking and facilitate financial and non-financial transactions, so there is no need to go directly to the bank office or even to an ATM.
