Abstract: The research paper analyzes humanitarian supply chains compared to business chains and addresses performance management. The study employs quantitative and qualitative research methods, literature review analysis, statistical tools, previous research, and grounded theory. The findings consolidate significant issues limiting the performance of humanitarian supply chains and highlight challenges in measuring performance in the humanitarian sector. This study contributes to a better understanding and more effective management of humanitarian supply chains for improved operational outcomes.
