Abstract: Modern supply chains are exposed to a changing competitive environment dominated by health, military, political, economic, and other swirling changes that are almost impossible to control. Business stability in such conditions takes on a completely different meaning. The supply chain's dynamic stability means its participants' ability to quickly and efficiently adapt to turbulent changes. Accordingly, this paper will specifically investigate the impact of inflation and negative market conditions on supply chain operations. This work's main hypothesis is that supply chains can successfully manage overall change by achieving dynamic stability. The results of the research are based on the method of dynamic programming and the method of simulation. The main finding of this paper points to the conclusion that by achieving dynamic stability, supply chains are able to operate successfully even in negative market conjuncture.
